Laura Sea is a Canadian pop-punk singer-songwriter with a piano infusions. She is currently based out of Milton, Ontario. Channelling heartfelt, emo lyrics with catchy riffs and upbeat melodies, she is a talented rising singer-songwriter. Laura combines melancholic pop rock sounds, fast-paced pop-punk, and classical piano to create her own unique sound. Energetic guitars, melodic piano, and hard-hitting rhythms can all be found in Laura's songs. Her serene and bright vocals create a calm strength, yet still expresses her presence. Laura's music can be described as the nostalgic sounds of the 2000s emo era bands. She is influenced by bands like Mayday Parade, Sum41, All Time Low, Against The Current, and Paramore.
Laura writes about overcoming hardships, mental health, and finding yourself. Drawing from her own experiences, her lyrics create an authenticity that makes Laura Sea memorable. She hopes to shed some light on the darker side of life by leaving enlightening messages in her songs. |
